OVERVIEW:
The TX16S MAX is RadioMaster's flagship radio, featuring CNC option parts and leather grips. The MAX edition is available in three versions: a carbon face plate with red CNC parts and black leather grips, a gold face plate with gold CNC parts and cowboy brown leather grips, and a silver face plate with silver CNC parts and black leather grips.
RadioMaster provides warranty support agents in the USA, Netherlands, the UK, and Australia, who can also assist with non-warranty repairs. Choose the brand with real support; choose RadioMaster!
The TX16S MAX Transmitter has 16 channels and operates in Mode2. It measures 183 x 212 x 66 mm and weighs 736g (without battery). It can use 2 x 18650 batteries (tray included), a 21700 7.4v 2s Pack, or a 7.4v 2s Lipoly (batteries not included).
Other features include an external Micro SD slot (card included), 2 x external UART expansion ports, and touch panel readiness (requires OpenTX 2.4 and Upgrade Panel sold separately). The TX16S MAX also has an STM32F429BIT6 MCU, a 4.3 inch 480 x 272 outdoor readable color touch panel screen, and is compatible with OpenTX.
The radio has full-size high-quality HALL sensor gimbals with CNC aluminum facias, an internal multi-protocol RF system, and full-speed native TBS Crossfire support (400K). It supports telemetry (protocol and receiver dependent), has a memory of 16M (expandable with a Micro SD card), and includes a voice function and vibration reminder function. The improved JR module slot, 6-flight mode buttons (Pixhawk and more!), and three-color LED status display add to its functionality.
Additionally, the radio has a USB-C charging port with 2-cell battery management and a maximum current of 1.5A, a USB-C simulator and PC connection port, and external UART ports to expand its capabilities.
The internal multi-protocol RF system includes the Cypress Semiconductor CYRF6936 for DSM/DSMX and Walkera Devo, the Texas Instruments CC2500 for FrSky and Futabas SFHSS, the Amiccom A7105 for FlySky, FlySky AFHDS2A, and Hubsan, and the Nordic Semiconductor NRF24L01 for HiSky, Syma, ASSAN, and most other Chinese models.
The TX16S MAX Transmitter package includes the transmitter itself (optional), a USB-C cable, an 18650 tray, a folding handle, and a neck strap.
